Proposed Site Plans

Public Hearing Notice: There will be a public hearing to review a site plan for a proposed 20-Unit Gated Duplex Complex to be constructed on Hwy 367 between Deerfield Subdivision and the Animal Shelter and Wastewater Treatment Plant area. The hearing will take place October 28, 2024 (CORRECTED DATE) at 6:30 pm in the City Hall Complex Council/Court Room located at 405 Hickory just prior to the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting.
