Building Inspection/Code Enforcement

Building Inspector:  The Building Inspector's primary responsible for review plans, perform inspection during the construction process and conducting site visits to ensure all local and national building codes and regulations are being met.  

Code Enforcement:  Complaints regarding trash, high grass and weeds, overgrown lots, illegal dumping and non-running automobiles on private property are investigated by the Code Enforcement Officer and/or Building Inspector.  The Code Enforcement Officer and Building Inspector also enforce ordinances regarding graffiti and vacant, unsecured, residential structures, as well as dilapidated structures.
