For On-Call General Contractor Services

The City of Ward, Arkansas is soliciting Request for Qualifications (ROQs) from licensed, experienced, and reputable general contractors to provide on‑call services for repair, replacement and installation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the City of Ward Water and Wastewater System. The selected contractor(s) will provide routine, urgent, and emergency plumbing repair and installation services on an as‑needed basis.

RFQ’s must be submitted per the instructions in the RFQ no later than 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2026
