Street Aid Overlay Projects
The State Aid City Street program was created by Act 982 of 1975 and on November 6, 2012, Arkansas voters approved Issue #1, a constitutional amendment, which permanently dedicated one cent per gallon of the existing motor fuel tax to the State Aid City Street Fund.

#1 2015: $273.929 with Street Aid paying $250,000 and the city paying $23.929 (Completed)

#2 2021: $270,079 with the Street Aid paying 100%. (Completed)
